Our 2018 Outback quit on us as we were headed out for breakfast We used Starlink to get help they arranged a tow for us. Lokey Subaru of New Port Richey was notified . Upon arrival they put us in a loane breakfast We used Starlink to get help they arranged a tow for us. Lokey Subaru of New Port Richey was notified . Terrible...AGAIN Made an appointment for my 2012 Outback for oil change/ tire rotation and check sunroof for repeated issue of not closing, (under warranty). On arriva Made an appointment for my 2012 Outback for oil change/ tire rotation and check sunroof for repeated issue of not closing, (under warranty). On arrival dropped car off and went inside, spoke to Gregg who was good and stated there was also a recall for airbag. 3.5 hours later Gregg tells me they cannot replicate sunroof issue, also needed to replace engine air filter and cabin air filter, both were on his desk, dirty too. He told me the price which was extortionate! (I ended up buying both for under $20 for name brand on Amazon and it took me 15 minutes to replace both). Eventually everything was done!!! or was it? bearing in mind I have a 60 minute each-way travel rime to this dealership. I paid the bill and drove home. It was a cold day and went to turn on my heated seat...... nothing happened.....to mine or passenger. I called when I got home and left a message, no response....called again and left another message... no response, called a third time, asked for sales and asked them to go to service and have them call me..... got a call back and told, "ah, this has happened before when they replace the airbag the disconnect seats during install and they didn't reconnect them, come back in and we'll take care of it." Again bear in mind a 2 hour round trip! I was told they would put some gas in my var, which is nice, BUT a 2 hour drive and the wait after an earlier 2 hour round trip and over a three hour wait with an appointment! Eventually sorted. Found dirty finger marks on roof liner from not fixing sunroof, which failed the first time I used it after I left the dealership. Later while changing my engine air filter I removed the old filter, looked down into the box and saw a large quantity of peanut shells, I vacuumed them out and also removed a dead mouse!!!! surely the srvice tech would have seen the shells at least! terrible all around.......... More
