Due to some serious complexities on my 2018 Outback I purchased a 2020 Outback. The service people were friendly, helpful and honest. The sales rep Mr Gamble was competent and caring while we chatted ab purchased a 2020 Outback. The service people were friendly, helpful and honest. Brett took care of my car repair and also my son’s a couple weeks earlier.. This was after another dealership quoted an exorbitant price for repairs as well as advising me to repair items that were in g couple weeks earlier.. This was after another dealership quoted an exorbitant price for repairs as well as advising me to repair items that were in good working order. My car was inspected and only the necessary repairs done, with a much better price than the other dealership quoted for the same work. Brett has been very good to us and needless to say he is always pleasant, friendly and helpful! You guys are great!! More

Some disappointments, primarliy in customer contact Dropped off car for warranty repairs (oil leak from timing gear cover gasket) and 2-year checkup/maintenance. Left it Monday and told it would take tw Dropped off car for warranty repairs (oil leak from timing gear cover gasket) and 2-year checkup/maintenance. Left it Monday and told it would take two days, and be ready end of day Tuesday. Told I would get a call the next day by 12 with an update. No update call Tuesday. I called after 3 and encountered "phone call wasteland" by ringing no answer at extensions I was transferred to several times. Finally left a message. No call by end of day Tuesday. After noontime Wednesday, I called and had a similar transfer to nowhere experience several times. Finally got someone that promised me a callback within 30 minutes. Nothing. I called back at four and was told I would get a call the following morning. Thursday at noon got through to someone that said the car would be ready around 2, definitely by 3. I called at 2 to confirm car ready at 3. Showed up 2:45 and waited well over an hour plus for the car. When I went to leave the lot there was a distinct scraping sound and dropped the car back off and left in rental car. Got a call 10 minutes later to say scraping was a stone stuck in front-wheel brake pad. Strange how this was not found when car test drove after repair work. Or maybe it was a fluke and stone got stuck in wheel when all work done. (since parking lot a construction zone) Never know. Went back and got car. All is fine. Seems the work was up to standards, but customer contact was quite poor. More

I've had my Outback in to the dealership to diagnosis/repair/software update numerous times, yet the problems still exist. Last time I took it in, they were unable to duplicate the problem. I have video proof. Latest problem is: the radio (intermittently) stays on after I open the door with the engine off. I'm just going to try and enjoy best I can. More
