Collision Center experience My Subaru was recently rear ended and I took it to my dealership. Wake Berry welcomed me and with a detailed explanation of insurance process made the experience so easy! Then Jorge Ledon the body shop manager took the time to explain the repair process. He gave me a date for pick up and surprised me with a call a day early saying my Forrester was ready. When I went to pick it up my car had been detailed and looked like it just came from the showroom! Beautiful job well done, This is my third Subaru all purchased at this dealership....from the sales staff to service they all have gone above any expectations! And after being in the Collision Center Wake and Jorge are assets to your company! More

Disappointed Sadly, I cannot recommend service center. I was there 3 hours to have a metal on metal rattle checked. I was told they could not hear or find the rat Sadly, I cannot recommend service center. I was there 3 hours to have a metal on metal rattle checked. I was told they could not hear or find the rattle. The following day I went to a small family owned station and within 20 minutes discovered that there was a luge nut lose in the hubcap. I’m afraid mega businesses are so busy trying to make sales that service has become a thing of the past. More

Will never use this dealer again Horrible customer service in their service department. They call numerous times for my 86 year old mother to bring her 2018 forester in for oil chan Horrible customer service in their service department. They call numerous times for my 86 year old mother to bring her 2018 forester in for oil change, etc..we dropped her car, also asked them to please give it a wash and vacuum...nothing was done, no oil change, no wash just a bunch of rude and lazy people to deal with...they pulled this on her last year too. I will make sure everyone we know does not do business with these jerks. More
