Don't keep their promises Customers need to be careful if they go for a wash w/ service at Lokey Subaru. They never clean the vehicles well & on my last visit unfortunately t Customers need to be careful if they go for a wash w/ service at Lokey Subaru. They never clean the vehicles well & on my last visit unfortunately they damaged my truck. Mgr Brian Skelton said he would talk to the external company that does the cleaning for them but that Lokey would get my truck fixed. Not so. I had to call and follow up multiple times and ultimately he washed his hands of it. The GM Larry Spencer did not assist either. When I asked him if Paul Lokey was his boss so I could get his number to escalate he got defensive and said he had known him for 30 years. I'm very angry with their attention to my matter. When it happened Brian and 2 others saw that the truck had not been properly cleaned and that it had been damaged. He promised that Lokey would make sure my car was repaired but then he doesn't follow thru. Poor customer service. More

Depending on my next visit. My Cadillac requires synthetic oil as per the caddy specifications. Using a blend will void the warranty.
