3 hours for tire rotation and oil change. It took the Service center over three hours to notify me that my car was ready. I was in the lobby and after waiting I went to the desk and she stated It took the Service center over three hours to notify me that my car was ready. I was in the lobby and after waiting I went to the desk and she stated the service department had called looking for me. That did not happen. I have a unique last name and I would have heard it when called. I was not happy. More

You accomodated my needs for Rush service After recently having our 2016 Outback in for scheduled service, I noticed a large oil puddle in the driveway. We are Snowbirds and returning to Cana After recently having our 2016 Outback in for scheduled service, I noticed a large oil puddle in the driveway. We are Snowbirds and returning to Canada in a few days so we didn't want a problem. Late Friday afternoon called and spoke with Brian who said he would get me in at the earliest appointment the next day. Joe in the Service Dept. tended promptly to our needs and replaced the leaking gasket. Leaving for Canada in a few days and see you when back in October. More
Problem solve STARLINK and radio 3 prior visits for same problem. Each time thought it was fixed. Service found rather unusual issue and corrected it. I am sure they were concerned how I felt, because I was first time buyer. It did try my patience, but we worked well together. Un experienced & lack of communication Brought my forested xt in for a fuel leak issue around the fuel rail area (common problem on WRX/sti) models... I've visually seen the leak and smel Brought my forested xt in for a fuel leak issue around the fuel rail area (common problem on WRX/sti) models... I've visually seen the leak and smelt it every morning. So figured I'd take it into Subaru since I've called around local dealerships and was given a cheaper price than performance shops. Mr. Tech of 2018 couldn't find a visual/smell or any sort of leak. (Although he's an "enthusiast" did some of my own research) via Facebook profile. Took my Forester to Subaru in Clearwater area, within minutes their tech found a crushed metal fuel line and also seen where the leak was on the opposite side of the motor from the hose clamps that connect the fuel lines. I've called the service manager more than a handful of times, left multiple voicemails with my phone number and general information. I've never missed a phone call or got a phone call back. The leak got so bad after I left their dealership a few days later I got a video of nearly a shot glass amount of gas just hanging out on top of my motor, luckily there wasn't a fire.... Also travel with my two-year old daughter in the car daily. Ended up taking my vehicle to a performance shop that Speclises in Subaru and got a brand new fuel lines ect. PROBLEM SOLVED. I highly doubt I'll ever waste any of my time with Subaru of Newport Richey ever again. Seeing how lazy their 2018 service tech is. Probably waved my car free and clear because he didn't want to remove the intake manifold. (3hour job) More
