3 hours for tire rotation and oil change. It took the Service center over three hours to notify me that my car was ready. I was in the lobby and after waiting I went to the desk and she stated It took the Service center over three hours to notify me that my car was ready. I was in the lobby and after waiting I went to the desk and she stated the service department had called looking for me. That did not happen. I have a unique last name and I would have heard it when called. I was not happy. More

You accomodated my needs for Rush service After recently having our 2016 Outback in for scheduled service, I noticed a large oil puddle in the driveway. We are Snowbirds and returning to Cana After recently having our 2016 Outback in for scheduled service, I noticed a large oil puddle in the driveway. We are Snowbirds and returning to Canada in a few days so we didn't want a problem. Late Friday afternoon called and spoke with Brian who said he would get me in at the earliest appointment the next day. Joe in the Service Dept. tended promptly to our needs and replaced the leaking gasket. Leaving for Canada in a few days and see you when back in October. More
