Problem solve STARLINK and radio 3 prior visits for same problem. Each time thought it was fixed. Service found rather unusual issue and corrected it. I am sure they were concerned how I felt, because I was first time buyer. It did try my patience, but we worked well together. I've visually seen the leak and smelt it every morning. So figured I'd take it into Subaru since I've called around local dealerships and was given a cheaper price than performance shops. Mr. Tech of 2018 couldn't find a visual/smell or any sort of leak. (Although he's an "enthusiast" did some of my own research) via Facebook profile. Took my Forester to Subaru in Clearwater area, within minutes their tech found a crushed metal fuel line and also seen where the leak was on the opposite side of the motor from the hose clamps that connect the fuel lines. I've called the service manager more than a handful of times, left multiple voicemails with my phone number and general information. I've never missed a phone call or got a phone call back. The leak got so bad after I left their dealership a few days later I got a video of nearly a shot glass amount of gas just hanging out on top of my motor, luckily there wasn't a fire.... Also travel with my two-year old daughter in the car daily. Ended up taking my vehicle to a performance shop that Speclises in Subaru and got a brand new fuel lines ect. PROBLEM SOLVED. I highly doubt I'll ever waste any of my time with Subaru of Newport Richey ever again. Seeing how lazy their 2018 service tech is. Probably waved my car free and clear because he didn't want to remove the intake manifold. (3hour job) More

In both cases the staff took extra steps to ensure I am comfortable and provided me with a free loaner car if the repair required more than 3 hours. A very good loaner car too! Free WiFi and on Saturdays a free lunch. I bought my car from this dealership 2 years ago and it was the only case since I moved to USA in 2000 that the car salesman was not pushy, arrogant or straigh out lying like in my previous experiences at other dealerships. No haggle, great price on a beautiful pre-owned certified vehicle. Awesome extended warranty deal, free lifetime synthetic oil changes for as long as I own the car, no stupid gimmics like tinted glass or backup sensors. To be honest I love it every time I need to go to that place, even though it is a 40 minute drive from my place. Highly recommended! More

I moved from Massachusetts to Florida 1.5 y I rated my service 5 stars because Joe fixed found my AC hose was disconnected and fixes it at no charge. I moved from Massachusetts to Florida 1.5 years ago. My back brakes were corroded . Based on Joe's recommendation to get them replaced, I had him perform a brake service. I appreciate when the service personnel let's you know in advance what's wrong before you have a BIG problem. More

They oversprayed while painting and my car was covered with a light coating of color.rspecially my windshield, had to bring it back 2x to get the repair done correctly involving the director as the manager walked out and no one else was in charge. 3 x and still have overspray over my brand spanking new car!!! It’s terrable to not see clearly from a windshield not to mention safety when I can’t see when dew quickly forms or sun shines on it. I’m guessing the few is forming on what they used to attempt to clean it up. Terrable mess. Just disgusted. And then they call me to pick up the car in the rain, I waited so it could be clean and ready for inspection, well I was wrong the car was filthy when I picked it up so I couldn’t even inspect. More
Great job, short waiting time. This is my first Subaru and I am very pleased with it. They reprogrammed my radio and it is easier to switch between the radio and the accessories. Wait too long. Car left greasy and filthy. Uncaring service. We arrived well before our appointment time but had to wait in a very long line to get paper work done. This took an unusually long time. We were given a estimated time of repair of 2 hours; 2 1/2 hours max. It took 6 hours. Several phone calls were not returned. The repair team seemed to very uncaring about anything that was happening. When we received our car, the white bottom door frame was covered in grease and left filthy. When I arrived home, there were two bolts and covers left on the floor in the back seat. I answered 2 web surveys and 1 phone survey and was told a customer service agent would be in touch. That never happened. We moved here from a Hyundai dealership that had incredibly great service and expected as much or more from Subaru but were very disappointed. I would rather drive further to get good service. More
