Oil leaks are sometimes very tricky to identify. It may appear at first glance to where the leak is coming from, but upon further inspection it may be leaking somewhere else. To ensure that we quote the correct repair, we must remove all oil deposits from the affected areas, place it on a lift and let it run for however long it takes to correctly identify the problem. Also when you replace certain gaskets, you must remove parts like the Water pump, timing belt... So while you are in there already and depending on when it was or wasn't replaced, it could have been time for it to be. Thank you for your review, we appreciate our customer's feedback.
