disappointed Purchased vehicle here and received lifetime oil change. Had a 9 AM oil change appointment. In and out within 1 hr. Approximately an hour and a half Purchased vehicle here and received lifetime oil change. Had a 9 AM oil change appointment. In and out within 1 hr. Approximately an hour and a half and 12 miles later check engine and oil pressure light came on. Took vehicle back to dealership around 11:45 AM. End result was old oil filter gasket was stuck to engine and new filter was installed over it resulting in oil leak and service lights coming on. I was told it was an easy fix but I didn't get the vehicle back until 3PM. There was absolutely no sense of urgency or communication from the service manager. I was told that sometimes these things happen. I can accept that but I cannot accept the lack of sense of urgency. More
