The service techs at this location have been the only ones to service my vehicle in any way since I became the owner of it .Let’s just say that after my most recent service with them , they not only sent ones to service my vehicle in any way since I became the owner of it .Let’s just say that after my most recent service with them , they not only sent me on my way with no oil (after I was supposed to be getting an oil change) and my oil light now flashing and won’t go off .I contacted management the next morning and Spencer contradicted himself so I then contacted his superior who was no better at resolving the matter or accepting accountability .I have purchased several vehicles from the Lokey Family and I must say that this Subaru location provides horrible service unlike the others .Someone needs to be held accountable for the damages that were caused on behalf of your company at this location . Fabulous waiting area, but careless mechanic Left me with very loose battery cables, drove home, all good, then totally dead (new) battery next time I needed to go somewhere. Dealer has NOT been honest or upfront to customers about the ongoing Electrical/charging/vampire usage of juice in Outback batteries. I have been Stranded with a dead battery on the road 5 times in a year the ongoing Electrical/charging/vampire usage of juice in Outback batteries. I have been Stranded with a dead battery on the road 5 times in a year….lol even after Purchasing a NEW battery! Subaru needs to step up to the plate and admit They’re fault of the car and fix or replace ALLcars with these problems. We Are talking about ALOT of involved cars out there. Why not do a recall??? It would be a lot cheaper than getting class action lawsuits put against the company? The word is now out…l Subaru IS NOT a special car anymore, More and more people are turning back to the good ole GM cars. This Will mean myself, too, if my car is not properly fixed by the. Dealer very, very, Soon, Enough is enough!!! More

Brought my car in on a Monday for "oil leak", said it would be ready Wednesday. Wednesday they said Friday or Saturday. Still not ready on Mondy, said they had to order parts. Finally ready on Friday, 12 would be ready Wednesday. Wednesday they said Friday or Saturday. Still not ready on Mondy, said they had to order parts.
