I bought an I bought a 2016 Ford F150 from them. The right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing set the dealership. Very poor customer service. The salesman Mike knew nothing about the truck that I test drove with him. There were several things broken on it that he didn’t notice that I had to point out. I asked him if the tinting on the window was too dark to be legal and he told me it was not. It turns out it was twice the legal limit. I was supposed to receive the car two days after I paid for it, but it took a week. Whenever I would call about the car, each person would be give me a different reason why it wasn’t delivered. When I wanted to talk to the salesman, he was never there. I was told I was unable to speak to a manager, when I asked to speak to one.. They told me the truck would be detailed and although they said it was detailed, but when I got there, it was filthy inside and out. The things I pointed out that were missing or needed to be fixed, they said they would fix, but then they charged me extra for all of that and when I received the car (which they charged me extra for delivery) things were still missing or broken. This was all after a 3 hour round trip to see and buy the truck. I would never recommend them. More

Service is decent, but they did not order all of the parts required to fix the reported problem resulting in an extra trip. They also did not let me know that a part was on back order. This is my second Outback I have gotten from this dealership and I have had excellent service with no pressure to do unnecessary maintenance. In fact, if there is a deal for the service I needed the dealership and I have had excellent service with no pressure to do unnecessary maintenance. In fact, if there is a deal for the service I needed they will find it for me. I like knowing I can trust them to be truthful. More
