When I arrived I was expecting another specific salesperson to help me but they were not there. They did not give anyone a heads-up that I was coming, and no one acknowledged me for over 10+ minutes and it was embarrassing to be ignored. Eventually someone led me down to the waiting area so I could wait for the salesperson who was supposed to meet me. Eventually Andrew offered to help me until they returned. I ended up finishing the sale with Andrew because he attended to me when no one else did. His approach is gentle and knowledgeable. He put me at ease when I was out of my comfort zone. I would recommend to anyone that you work with him. More

By using the term “my salesman,”I mean not only that he was the Subaru of Puyallup representative that I dealt with, but that it felt as if he was working for me. Kirk pointed out not only the positives about the vehicle I was considering, but also some concerns I should be aware of. He answered all of my considerable number of questions. When he didn’t immediately know the answer, he found it for me by talking to someone at the dealer ship or by going online. When we talked of add-on’s (extended warranty, protective coatings, etc.), Kirk would mention them, but only go into further detail if I showed interest. There was no pressure to purchase. We negotiated a fair price and closed the deal. I highly recommend Subaru of Puyallup and Kirk Schroll. I have bought several cars over fifty years of driving, and this was my most “stress free” buying experience. More

The Impreza caught my eye, and I asked to take it for a test drive and I loved it. I wanted to trade in my Mercedes c300 -- I need more trunk space =) and the team there was more than happy to work with me. Dima Railean was prompt and pretty much gave me what I asked for without really having to haggle -- thank you so much. The whole transaction took ~ 2 hours if that. Subaru Number Three We just purchased our 2017 Forrester from George Mayfield. This was our third Subaru (11 and 15 Outback's) purchased from this specific dealership and from George and we could not be more pleased with the service and friendliness of George and staff. We were treated like family! In fact, George say we are family! We they say stress free purchasing they mean it. On our latest purchase, we were shopping at another dealership that took us over two hours of bickering back and forth with the salesperson and the "man behind the secret door" to get the bottom-line price for their car. Well, we walked out very frustrated and did the on-line chat with Puyallup Subaru, which we should have done in the first place. They had a car for us to test drive and put us in touch with George. We did our test drive, had a very good price for the vehicle and were allowed to think about the purchase. When we made the decision, we call George, who put the hold on the Forrester for us. We had the price when we left the business the day before and the next day we were offered a great deal being Subaru number 3 we have purchased from George. So in just over two hours, we had the final purchase price, trade in price, and the paperwork complete and driving home. What a great experience! You have to shop for your next car at this dealership. You can not go wrong with George Mayfield either! More
