Brought in my 2024 Subaru Crosstrek (under 10k miles) for an A/C issue. When I get in the car and set the A/C to 65, it blows warm/hot air for an extended period before eventually cooling. This is the issue I asked them to diagnose. It has been an ongoing issue since we purchased the car new. I was told the issue might be due to "tampering," which made no sense for a nearly new vehicle. When I asked for a clear explanation, I didn't receive one, only vague responses and deflection. They kept the car to try to replicate the issue and said they would follow up. No one called. By 6PM, I had to call them myself, only to find out that both the manager (Samantha) and service advisor (Peter) had already left for the day without any update. I was also told that because they couldn't replicate the issue, they couldn't fix it. This level of communication and lack of accountability is unacceptable, especially for a new vehicle under warranty. It's a great car, but I would not recommend buying from this dealership if this is the level of service they offer.
