We came in to trade in our Crosstrek for the Forester. They helped us work with our situation and it took quite some time but in the end we ended up getting exactly what we wanted. Every time I have come to this dealership whether it be for services or the last two vehicles I purchased; the wait is a little long but every one is really nice and takes the time to listen to your needs and accommodate them. Our salesman this time around was Justin Peoples and he was absolutely wonderful. I love my car so much and couldn't be happier and that's exactly what I came for. More

Laid back and not pushy I will start off saying it took a while for someone to come help us. At one point there were three salesmen standing not far from us talking to each other (and yes they saw us). My husband and I were the youngest couple on the lot, maybe that's why it took so long? Someone finally asked if we needed help and then got Kirk for us (he had been inside the building). He was friendly, straight to the point, but what we liked best about him and the experience was he was not pushy. Didn't try to upsell us on things we didn't want. Overall a good experience. I give Kirk a 5 but overall experience a 4 since it took a good 15-20 minutes to be helped. I know we are young but you never know who is going to buy a car. I love my new Crosstrek and will recommend this place to my friends and family. More

Rick Whyte really helped us to get the right OUTBACK LIMITED My wife is a perfectionist and rely'so on hand on training and why a certain model, features, and color. The entire process of buying my new Subaru was stress free and fun. We had a vet appointment and decided to stop in and look at some cars as it was time to say goodbye to my Honda. At Subaru of Puyallup not only did they treat us well they also took great care of our dog by bringing him water and bones and petting him. Kirk (salesman) was very thorough and made sure I knew all of the cool features my car offered. The finance guy Wade was awesome as well. He was very pleasant and made sure I stayed within my budget and reaffirmed my decision to go with Subaru. I love my new car. More

He made me feel completely comfortable and was genuinely interested in finding me a car that would suit me and my budget perfectly. I never once felt pressured, hassled or rushed...definitely stress free as advertised. That day I drove home in my new 2011 Nissan Sentra and absolutely love it!!
