After an initial friendly phone call on October 1, Josh & I communicated mostly by text since we live in Montana. He answered every question in a timely manner and his sense of humor put me at ease. When we got to the dealership to purchase our new Outback, the price was exactly as quoted. We appreciated being offered options, but felt no undue pressure to purchase add-ons. We also appreciated that Josh took the time to show us how everything works on the 2019 Outback. . . they've come a long way since we purchased our last one in 2006! Not happy I had spent 4 hours of my beautiful saturday afternoon at the dealership. The person who was supposed to help me was not there. I test drove 2 cars I had spent 4 hours of my beautiful saturday afternoon at the dealership. The person who was supposed to help me was not there. I test drove 2 cars at very different price levels, and i ended up choosing the 2013, lower priced model. I was made to feel that it was a bad choice and that I should have picked the 2017 model with a big warranty. I kept feeling that I was making the wrong choice, but it was the car I liked. I asked if it was in good condition and the person who had me sign papers said that he "hoped" it was, not that I could really trust the dealership and that they would not sell me a bad car. It was late on Saturday night and they made me wait alone for an hour before I could sign papers. I was really tired and I had asked the salesman if I could do all of that on Sunday. He said that he and the other salesperson who was supposed to help would not be there, that it was there day off and that I had to just wait and do it right then. I wished that I could have slept on it. I find it odd that they would not want me to come in on Sunday when they are open and I would have been a happier and more rested customer. Even though I feel pretty good about the car, I don't really feel good about the whole experience. No one made me feel that I was doing the right thing and that I would be happy for years to come. That is why I went to the dealership in the first place. Now I don't know if I want to have anything to do with them again. More

He was great at keeping us up to date with car arrival and also spent at least an hour setting up the star link for me. The star link website was acting up but he never gave up. He sent at least an hour going over all the gadgets bells and whistles on our new ascent. Steve provided above and beyond service including coming in on his day off. More
