Thank you for the review. I'm truly sorry to hear about your frustrating experience with our parts department. Our aim is always to provide top-notch service, as we discussed on the phone, we do not do returns on special order body parts. You never mentioned that we ordered the wrong parts. You told me that your customer didn't want to do the work. All of our invoices clearly state that we have a restocking fee on all special-order parts so I am not sure how we could have been clearer. You state that this is the second time your ordered from us...my records show you had eight orders last year. Just so we are on the same page. We must have done something correct for you to continue to order from us. The correct spelling of my name is Bryan Haarhues. After our phone call you told me that the restocking fee was ok. Then send this review stating a different story two days later. I hope this response satisfies your complaint as we went above and beyond for your business. I hope you would change your recommendation and if you were not satisfied that you call me rather than post a review.
