The salesman toned down his presentation ( we already knew we would get on Outback) and did all the things he should, maintaining politeness in the face of my obviously growliness. This is not the first vehicle we have bought from this dealership and we find them just fine. I was out of line and they managed me nicely. More

Steve was a straight-shooter, didn't drag anything out, and acted like a normal human, not a slick sales guy. I recommend working with him, and will return to him when I need another car. My only complaint would be the forced sales-pitch by the loan person. I didn't want any of the extra protection services/costs, but had to go through listening to them anyway. This part of the process feels like the typical car sales nonsense. I bought the car for my daughter, and when I didn't want the extra services got comments like, "she's just on her own then, huh?" The person was nice enough, and just doing what's required, but to that I say the dealerships should knock that stuff off. This was the reason for awarding them four instead of five stars. More

Best buying experience!!! When I came into the dealership, I had very particular wants for my next vehicle. I came in multiple times to look at, and test drive a couple models. He was patient with me which made my buying experience more pleasant when I decided to order my vehicle from the factory. Once my car was ordered he was in contact with me through every step.
