After I had purchased the vehicle but couldn't come pick it up until the next day due to not having a ride back in to get it...the sales folk delivered the car to my home that evening more than 20 miles out of town after their normal working hours and did an additional operational walk thru for me...How great is that !..I'll absolutely purchase again from them ! Jim with the first visit gave no pressure info on why Subaru should be our choice. He showed us and explained the Outback, Forester and Crosstrek models and then let us leave to decide to buy or not. My nephew Brandy Smith had suggested we check out Subaru as he and his wife had just bought from at Spokane Subaru. When we told him that we were going for the Crosstrek we found out that was one they were buying. Brandy then set up a sale appointment with Ethen who was the salesman he had bought from. Ethen worked with me to find a Crosstrek I liked and negotiated sale with my nephew. Tyler Holmes explained all the costs and the licensing procedures and I had a new car. More

Everyone was very knowledgeable and accomodating. They didn't have exactly what I wanted in stock so they showed me multiple vehicles that made up for all of the things on the model I wanted that they They didn't have exactly what I wanted in stock so they showed me multiple vehicles that made up for all of the things on the model I wanted that they were missing. We went for a lengthy test drive and all of my questions were answered. I was then told that it would be cheaper to order a custom model then to have what I wanted delivered. This worked out perfectly for me because I needed to save up my down payment for a few more months. They walked me through my custom order and kept me updated for the two and a half months it took to arrive. More

Very Good buying experience. Top Shelf! I come down from Alaska to buy my Subaru because of the pricing compared to the dealership in Alaska. They just could not compete. Steve Blue did an excellent job of finding the right car and he went the extra mile to ensure we were satisfied. He was not pushy and actually listened to us and got an understanding of what we wanted. I had to fly back to work so he arranged to store our new Outback until I could fly back and pick up the car. He picked me up at the airport and made sure that my car was ready to go. Steve spent over a 2 hours with us explaining the features, I have to admit there is a learning curve to all the safety and convenience features. He was patient while I went through my finance company at the dealership. There was a mistake in the paperwork and he was diligent in making sure it was exactly right down to the penny. Great buying experience and if I need another Subaru, ill talk to Steve First. Highly recommended More

We entered thinking of purchasing a Forester and due to Steve's honesty and ability to understand our needs and wants, sold us on the idea of the Outback.
