He then wrote up exactly the package and extras I wanted and ordered my car from the factory just as I wanted it. No pressure to add things I didn't want. He sent me an occasional email during the order period to show just what stage our car order was at. It came in while we were n vacation and when we returned Steve came in on Sunday (his day off) and sent us home with the new car. Mary listed extras we might be interested in purchasing, gave us a couple of days to consider them (again no pressure) and we later purchased and extended warranty and lifetime oil changes. We will be back to purchase another car from Steve when our Honda CRV wears out. More

Since I hadn't purchased a new car in 14 years, I wanted all the bells and whistles. I hadn't used a car navigation or multi-media system before. Steve helped me with that too. Before I purchased my Legacy, Steve sent me tickets to the Spokane Auto Show preview night so I could compare other makes and models. (There is no comparison!) I'm ready to purchase. Subaru is offering 0% financing. Hooray. Being the picky person I am, I wanted a Venetian Red Pearl Legacy Limited with the warm ivory leather interior. Steve special ordered it for me, since most come with the dark interior. When I came to pick it up, he had all my paperwork ready to go. He even checked up on me a few days later to make sure everything was perfect. He said he was only a phone call away, if I had any more questions. Thanks, Steve! You got me my perfect car! More
