Good Experience I purchased a Subaru within the last month from Subaru of Spokane. The salesman took the time to review everything about the car I was considering and I purchased a Subaru within the last month from Subaru of Spokane. The salesman took the time to review everything about the car I was considering and answered all of my questions, he knew his stuff! I wound up purchasing the car after a healthy, but lengthy, negotiation process. In the end I left with a new car at a price that I was comfortable with and felt the overall experience was as good as expected considering car buying is never a "good time" in my book. I would recommend this dealership and my salesman, Steve Blue, to anyone who inquires. Also - I wanted to note that we had our toddler with us the entire time at the dealership and she had plenty of room to run and enjoyed the TV and toys offered in the waiting area. While I wouldn't recommend following my lead and bringing a child for a car purchase day, the layout of the facility and friendly staff made us feel better about the decision to bring her. More

They answered each of our questions carefully, no matter how much time it took. They worked with us until we got the right car at a mutually agreed upon price through the Costco buying program.. Since we already owned a 2008 Outback, we were basically sold on the product before going in. Mary was so organized and ready for us to sign the various papers.
