I had contacted a few local dealers and USAA via the internet and was looking for some good offers. At the same time I was somewhat loyal to Auto Nation in the Valley as I had a positive experience wi internet and was looking for some good offers. At the same time I was somewhat loyal to Auto Nation in the Valley as I had a positive experience with them purchasing my truck some years back. I was on my way to Auto Nation with the plan of purchasing a vehicle from them and received an offer over the phone from Sam at Spokane Subaru. His first question was, "What do I need to do to earn your business". He made an offer that instantly beat all offers I had. I eventually sat down with a sales person at Auto Nation and while at their dealership was going back and forth with Sam. I had even gotten to beginning the paperwork to purchase a vehicle when the Sales manager (Dave) from Subaru of Spokane called again and repeated the statement, 'what do we have to do to earn your business?" Dave made another offer that Auto Nation could not beat and I drove back downtown to Subaru of Spokane and bought my Cross Trek! Sam was awesome. Straightforward, no B.S. WAITING around with the "well, I have to talk with my sales manager" game. I have purchased 6 new vehicles in my life and he reset the bar as to how professional a sales person can be. From start to finish he treated me like a customer who's business he wanted. Spokane Subaru wanted my business and they got it. To get a call from Dave sealed the deal. Mary, Dave, and Sam were great. Not pushy, respectful, and I never felt like I was just another guy buying one of their vehicles. I WILL recommend them and the overwhelming positive experience I had to anyone I come in contact with looking to purchase a new vehicle. Thanks again Subaru of Spokane. I love my Cross Trek! More

I could not have asked for a better experience than the one I had with Eric Meland and Subura of Spokane. I never once felt pressured into making a commitment, I was shown many options and any questions I one I had with Eric Meland and Subura of Spokane. Let me first start out that I absolutely HATE dealerships. If I had it my way, I would never step foot into one. However, I spotted a car that I have been wanting for a long time. And the funny thing is...it wasn't even a Subaru or a new car at all. It was a 2007 Honda Civic. With that being said, I was still treated as if I was buying a NEW car. Friendly people, awesome facility and really great pricing. I had new tires put on the car, the windshield was cracked, and without me even mentioning it, they wanted to set up a time to have me bring it in and replace it free of charge. I have bought brand new and used vehicles in the past, and let me be honest--they do tend to treat you different in each of those circumstances. I can tell you first hand--that whether you buy new or used here, they will treat you as if you're buying the most expensive car on the lot. I dealt with Eric Meland over the span of 2 days and within those 2 days he kept me in the loop of the car I wanted and even sent me pictures .....any time I asked for them. I would highly recommend anyone in looking here before they look anywhere else for a car---new or used. Last thing--I drove my other vehicle there and after my deal was done (well under the asking price within MY price range), they drove my other vehicle home for me so I wouldn't have to worry about getting it back the next day. Pretty awesome service if you ask me. Hopefully I wont have to buy another vehicle any time soon, but if I do, I'm going here. More

Our purchase experience with Subaru of Spokane was very easy and pleasant. Since I knew what we wanted, I was able to do our negotiation over the phone, with Sonny. Unfortunately, Sonny was sick the follow easy and pleasant. Since I knew what we wanted, I was able to do our negotiation over the phone, with Sonny. Unfortunately, Sonny was sick the following day when we showed up at the dealership, so we never actually met him in person. As a retired Marine, I was both pleased and proud to have Craig as my assigned sales rep. Driving the Forester, at 3200 #curb weight, compared to my Blazer at 3800# continues to be a learning experience. T Craig as my assigned sales rep. Driving the Forester, at 3200 #curb weight, compared to my Blazer at 3800# continues to be a learning experience. The Forester, as Dan properly explained, wants to ride on top of the slush. I believe both my wife and I, over time, will find owning and driving the Forester to be an awesome experience. My suggestions for improvement would fall into two categories. First, the "sell yourself" or "trade it in" experience could be improved in my opinion. I'd be pleased to pass along my ideas to Craig or David the next time I'm in the dealership. Second, once I was notified by telephone that my Forester was ready for pickup, I should have been advised this process might take several hours. I believe my wife and I were 4th in line waiting for Mary. Blocking out a "special" time for each customer would be, in my opinion, an improvement. Given the fact we were purchasing the Forester for cash, I'm still puzzled as to why all the personal questions were asked. Mary did a fine job explaining the paint protection cost and effectiveness and I hope we will be pleased with the expenditure. Dan says no one has ever complained about the results during the 5 year warranty. . More

I stopped in looking for a used Subaru to replace my recently totaled one, Quickly they were able to tell me what they had available (nothing that I wanted). He asked my budget and took me up to look at recently totaled one, Quickly they were able to tell me what they had available (nothing that I wanted). He asked my budget and took me up to look at a new Impreza that he thought I would like and showed me payment options to see if it would be in my budget. Of course I loved the Subaru he showed me but was on a quest for a used one in a different body style. The next day not having found what I wanted I went back and bought that very Subaru i was shown! I love my 2014 Impreza sport and Chris made the purchasing experience as easy and enjoyable as possible. Everyone was friendly and when i'm in the market for my next Subaru I will defiantly come back! More
