I would like to start this review to thank Sam Lagrou for his excellent salesmanship. I went in on Saturday with a friend because he wanted a new WXR. Well, his knowledge and sincerity of his job was so impr his excellent salesmanship. I went in on Saturday with a friend because he wanted a new WXR. In the past when I have purchased vehicles at a dealership the sales people have often resorted to high-pressure tactics. These tactics included pressuring me to purchase vehicles that were not in dealership the sales people have often resorted to high-pressure tactics. These tactics included pressuring me to purchase vehicles that were not in my preferred price range, vehicles I was not interested in purchasing, and options such as extended warranties and insurance. But at Spokane Subaru, there were no high-pressure sales tactics. Sam showed me vehicles in my preferred range only, and vehicles he believed my wife would like (she wasn't present). We quickly found the right car for her and after a test drive, began the paperwork. Tyler Holmes was very expedient with the financing and stayed in my parameters I had set for the interest rate and monthly payment amount. Both Sam and Tyler were very professional and knowledgeable and my my new car purchase enjoyable. I highly recommend both as a satisfied customer! More

From the moment my wife and I walked into the dealership and met Sam, we agreed that this was not your typical car salesman and he proved us right throughout the process of buying our new Forester. We were ready to buy a car on our first visit (however, not in a rush) should the price and options package fall into line with our expectations. On that day, they had only one Forester and it was not equipped with the options my wife and I had in mind. Rather than feeling pushed into finding something on the lot that would work, we felt that Sam listened to us, and worked with us to find the car we wanted. During the month that it took to locate our car, Sam searched different dealerships and updated me on new shipments and inventory until he found the car that my wife and I were looking for. On the day I went to pick up the car, Sam was thorough in going over each aspect/function of my car, and answered all my questions as we went through the process. I would definitely buy from Subaru of Spokane and Sam Lagrou again. More
My experience with Subaru of Spokane and with Sam were very positive. They were very quick to greet me. When asked what kind of a car I was looking for, I stated that I wasn't totally sure, and would like very positive. They were very quick to greet me. Sam showed me several and discussed high points for each. I left feeling that I had made up my mind that I wanted a Forester, but still needed to look. The price was right and it would give me what I was looking for in a car. I came back to buy and Sam was great. He listened to what I wanted in my Forester, and kept me informed as to when my new car would come. When it came, he went over all the wonderful features of the Forester. I will refer all my friends to Sam and to Subaru of Spokane. It was an outstanding experience. More

After searching online for a couple of weeks, I came across Subaru of Spoka at Moody Bible Institute in Spokane, and we needed to get him a used car. After searching online for a couple of weeks, I came across Subaru of Spokane. I spoke with a salesman named Steve Blue, and my experience was great. Steve arranged for a test drive for my son, and my son liked the car. Steve worked with me over the phone for all of the finance needs, and then my son signed the papers at the dealership, and then the papers were shipped overnight to me to sign. Even though I am over 1,200 miles away, Steve and Mary Alexander in finance, made me feel like a hometown neighbor during my great car buying experience. More
