I wouldn't even call it a hassle to drive the two hours to Wichita, but more like a prelude to one of the best days of 2013. Adrian Hicks was right there with all my questions answered, extremely fast might i add. We can not forget about this last person (Josh Kravse) Not only did he never stop fighting to get me a better APR even though i have perfect credit. He beat out my 3.9 from USAA to a 3.25 which is unheard of. He made the whole day just awesome for me and my friends. The whole day wasn't even like i was about to buy a car, more like i was visiting a bunch of friends and hanging out for a while. The whole team pulled together and helped me make my decision and i am very indecisive. Hands down across the board you could not have asked for a better sales team period!!! Mark was had a very good knowledge of the Forester and Outback both of which I was interested. there were a few times when he could not answer my question. Both were at all times extremely polite, even when i became rankled over the extended warranty I was considering purchasing. And which i did in fact purchase. When it came to numbers time they presented their numbers in a clear easy to understand way. When I made my offer for the Forester which I wanted to buy Roger came out and we haggled and I left the dealership leaving money to hold the car I was interested in. The next day I came back with my final offer which they accepted. So i was happy and I hope they were too. They were all outstanding individuals and would recommend them to a family member. More
How can I say this......this is by far the most fun I have ever had at a dealership. No if, and's or but's. I have been looking for a black corvette for about month and a Subaru dealership had what I was have ever had at a dealership. No if, and's or but's. I have been looking for a black corvette for about month and a Subaru dealership had what I was looking for at a good price. Travis and Adrian were "GREAT". Chic and a few other's chipped in as well to make this an awesome experience. I have never jumped right on a computer to write a review on a dealership before but it was a fun experience hand's down. Its nice to talk and deal with car guys. I can only hope that if this dealership has another car I want that these guys are there to help me. Guys.....thanks for the memories!!!!!! More
Sales staff = good, friendly service. Service staff = rude, forgetful, and shady. I purchased my 2002 corvette from them two weeks ago. They had put big vinyl stripes down the hood, top, and trunk of th rude, forgetful, and shady. I purchased my 2002 corvette from them two weeks ago. They had put big vinyl stripes down the hood, top, and trunk of the car. I asked that they be removed if I purchased the car which they agreed to. I was also assured the stripes hadn't been there very long so the paint underneath would be fine. 2 weeks later I finally get the call to bring the car in. I was told it would take about half of a day. After two days of no word I gave them a call and they said the first day they forgot to bring the car to the detailer. The second day the detailer started to peel the stripes and couldn't accomplish it so they were taking it to a body shop. I asked which body shop and they never returned that call. I went to the dealership and they said there was paint missing and sun fade under the stripes and they were taking it in to get the hood painted. This is something I would have liked to know instead of them doing it without telling as to hide it from me. I asked why they didn't tell me and they said they were going to, although they already had the car for an extra day and would be keeping it for 4 more and failed to contact me. Also, they said there were stripes on it when they got it and they peeled them and striped it again. This was, I'm assuming, to cover the paint damage they had discovered. They appeared to be helpful and assured me everything is being taken care of but seemed non-understanding as to why I was upset. Still waiting to see how the paint turns out. All I was looking for in this situation was honesty and some information on the status of my car. My advice to others is: if you are looking to buy a used car, do not come to them. The way they take care of people is shady and the post-purchase customer service is pretty awful. However, if you're looking for a new vehicle go ahead because the sales staff is actually helpful and friendly. Just wouldn't trust any work they have done or their word on the condition of a used vehicle. More
John has gone above and beyond to ensure the satisfaction of his customers ( and this in not the first vehicle sold by John to us). An example of going above and beyond is that John drove the vehicle to Jaso of his customers ( and this in not the first vehicle sold by John to us). An example of going above and beyond is that John drove the vehicle to Jason at his place of employment for him to test drive and inquire if Jason would be interested in purchasing the vehicle. Upon Jason showing interest, John had initiated the paper work and by the time Jason got off work all he had to do was sign, understand the vehicle and drive away. I consider John to be very knowledgeable and friendly, John truly appreciates his customers and understands what a customer is seeking. In the future I would not hesitate purchasing another vehicle from John Goldsmith and Subaru of Wichita. More

Everyone was very helpful, not only my salesperson, but others who worked there. I didn't feel any stress from the process at all.
