My purchase of a 2014 Subaru Outback could not have been any better than it was with Jimmy Davis and the Subaru of Wichita dealership! After researching and ultimately deciding on the highly-rated Outback any better than it was with Jimmy Davis and the Subaru of Wichita dealership! After researching and ultimately deciding on the highly-rated Outback my next major decision was of course, where to buy it. I visited several dealerships in my area (KS) but surprisingly, the most eager and helpful salesperson was 300 miles away in Wichita, KS. I simply sent an inquiry about the new Outback I saw on their website and he responded right away with a promise of being not just the lowest priced but the best to work with. He was right about both...no other dealer could match their price and no one worked harder to ensure I had a fantastic buying experience. We agreed on a price, I put down a deposit, and had my new car within a couple of business days. The friendly and knowledgeable delivery driver (also a Subaru Outback owner) brought all the paperwork for me to sign, handed me the keys, and the whole deal was done - just like that. Jimmy followed up with me to make sure that I was very happy with my new Outback and offered to answer any questions I had about it. My husband had been shopping for a sporty car for some time. While traveling home from visiting family for Thanksgiving we stopped to look at a Crossfire he had seen advertised. John Goldsmith went out of time. While traveling home from visiting family for Thanksgiving we stopped to look at a Crossfire he had seen advertised. John Goldsmith went out of his way to let us look at the car we came to see, never being pushy at anytime. ( A true Blessing) After sitting in the Crossfire Ron felt that it was just too tight for him to be comfortable to drive anywhere. We then looked around the car lot. Oh did I mention that John drove us across town to one of there other car lots just to look at the Crossfire. We spotted the Mini Cooper Club Wagon. Which I fell in love with. Now I was not looking for myself at all. We then got in the Mini Cooper and drove to a third car lot. Not finding anything there to our liking we went back to the main car lot. By then I'm totally in love with the Club Wagon and it is going home with me one way or another. Ron then looks out on the lot and finds a Mini Cooper S Turbo. Now this thing has some power. The end of the story is that Ron and I both bought Mini Coopers from Subaru of Wichita. Never at any point did we feel pressure that we was going to not leave the lot without buying one of there cars. Everyone was friendly and offered food or drinks several times throughout our day with them. The deal and finance was the easiest that I have every done. Believe me I usually can haggier with the best of them to get a good deal on a vehicle. There was no pressure sale. The best time that we have ever had at any car dealership. Jesse had just started working at Subaru when I came in to look at Forresters. He was immediately helpful and listened well. He handled it perfectly when he didn't know the answer to one of my questions: He simply said "I don't know but I'll find the answer!" And he always did. I came in three times (because I was looking at multiple brands at multiple dealerships) and Jesse was noticeably more knowledgeable each time - he's obviously a quick learner! We came to Subaru of Wichita because of our friendship with Samuel Cheyney. We were pleased with the vehicles he picked out to show us and test drive. This is second time my Husband and I have needed to service our vehicle, it is always a nice experience. The center has refreshments and a few activities for the children. Our six year old enjoys vis service our vehicle, it is always a nice experience. The center has refreshments and a few activities for the children. Travis, the car dealer who sold the Subaru to us, was kind as always and worked extremely hard to fish out the right stuffed toy for our child! He didn't have to, but he went above and beyond to do an act of kindness for our child! These are the type of experiences people remember, we will return to Subaru of Wichita to buy/service our vehicle needs! More

Everyone I met knew the product inside and out. Travis Nebergall promised to check back with me the next day, and followed through. This will be a retirement car for me. I expect I will be driving it for a long time, and have no worries about its reliability. I believe it was money well spent. More
