Made 2 appoinments for front brake pads. Dropped off car twice and were called to come and gwt vehicle because they did not have the pads in stock. After requestin to talk to a supervisor, J Dropped off car twice and were called to come and gwt vehicle because they did not have the pads in stock. After requestin to talk to a supervisor, John in the service department assured me they would pick up our car replace the pads and deliver it back to our residence.. That was 3 weeks ago. .What a total lack of respect .How can you treat customers like this?? More

Terrible Cadillac dealership! ! Do not take your car there unless you want it messed up long-term. Their customer service sucks, very arrogant and lacks any type of people skills ! Service has fallen. Had repair of air conditioning. Stated repair was complete, paid , drove home condition still exist. Brought it back, told it was a different part Had repair of air conditioning.
