I wish I could give the service department of this dealership 0 stars. They are dishonest, unethical, and have the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I was told I had almost 9k worth of r dealership 0 stars. They are dishonest, unethical, and have the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I was told I had almost 9k worth of repairs needed, and I should just consider turning in my car to get a new one. Which ended up being a complete lie, parts they said needed a rebuild only need seals. Took to an independent mechanic and had everything fixed for $1000. Car drives like new again. Also, I was never told I needed a complete brake job until the car was screeching. Despite me coming there religiously for oil changes. I had to follow up with these people about my car. I never received ANY communication in regards to the status of what they could offer me in terms of repair (this is prior to taking my vehicle elsewhere) after I was told they would get back to me in a couple of days. I was told they would open a case with GM, but received zero follow up. Even the service manager didn’t get back to me after I escalated my case. I would never go to a suburban group and never recommend them to any of my colleagues. Several of my fellow doctors and nurses have inquired about needing new car and I make sure to tell them stay FAR away from suburban cadillac. More

Made 2 appoinments for front brake pads. Dropped off car twice and were called to come and gwt vehicle because they did not have the pads in stock. After requestin to talk to a supervisor, J Dropped off car twice and were called to come and gwt vehicle because they did not have the pads in stock. After requestin to talk to a supervisor, John in the service department assured me they would pick up our car replace the pads and deliver it back to our residence.. That was 3 weeks ago. .What a total lack of respect .How can you treat customers like this?? More
Terrible Cadillac dealership! ! Do not take your car there unless you want it messed up long-term. Their customer service sucks, very arrogant and lacks any type of people skills ! Service has fallen. Had repair of air conditioning. Stated repair was complete, paid , drove home condition still exist. Brought it back, told it was a different part Had repair of air conditioning. My experience was different than other customers. I had the worse possible interaction with this dealership. We purchased a new XTS and the leather dash subsequently acquired air bubbles undern I had the worse possible interaction with this dealership. We purchased a new XTS and the leather dash subsequently acquired air bubbles underneath the leather. We were told this was NOT a warranty issue. We got the dash repaired, at. our cost, at an independent. We later found out we were lied to at Suburban Cadillac of Troy and that it was indeed a warranty issue. Most recently I scheduled service. The temperature gauge was not moving off of the coldest setting. I was scheduled to wait on the car in the nice lobby. I eventually was encouraged to wait at home, which I did. My vehicle was not even diagnosed until 3pm the following day. The cost to replace the thermostat was $1300.00 and change. I had asked about the rattling of a heat deflector and was told that would be an additional $100.00 just for the diagnosis. Both charges seem excessive. I did some research and I understand removing the thermostat is complicated by the average cost for that model is between $500-$800. And charging $100.00 to diagnose each issue seems like gouging. Well, they got my money, this time. But not again. I not only will not go to this dealership again but I will not longer be loyal to the brand. More
