Didn't deliver as promised Had a service light come on and received a prompt (costly) repair bill. They came up with another issue as well, also costly. I told them that service has been ignored the last 5 times I have brought the vehicle in. "Can you get it done this time?" "Absolutely" was the response. At pick up, that hadn't been done. Work is done right but is very expensive. I know you are in business to make money, but why not follow through on promised service? More

Before the purchase of my most recent Volt, I test drove three different cars on two different occasions and had dozens of questions about the cars which he was able to quickly, and more importantly, correctly answer. We ordered the car from Detroit as it was not available anywhere with the features I wanted, and Matt made sure it was rushed to the dealership within hours of it being off-loaded from the train. The entire order-production-delivery process took only about four weeks! He truly knows his cars and is a Volt specialist! More
