Overpriced!!! I showed up for an oil change, and they wanted to charge me almost $80! I had previously booked this service online, with a listed price of $58.69. I showed up for an oil change, and they wanted to charge me almost $80! I had previously booked this service online, with a listed price of $58.69. I had to show the service technician the details on their own web site, in order to get my price changed. He tried to explain it was because they use synthetic oil. The wait time I've been given is 45-60 minutes - for a simple, SCHEDULED, oil change. I was charged for work that wasn't completed last time I was here, and had to have it removed from my bill I buy nothing but Chrysler brand vehicles, and thought I had found my new dealership - I won't be back again, and have to continue my search. Edit - I was contacted by the dealership, and told they would be adjusting their oil change prices, but it couldn't be done overnight. The rep told me they would follow up, once completed. I will update my review again if/when they contact me. More
