Very good tension free experience and great support! I was not having clarity of vehicle. My family is growing and parents also joining us shortly. So which one need to choose, i was kind of unknown status. Then, Initially we visited to Suburban Dodge Ram Troy branch and met an agent and his manager, actually we are living in Livonia MI. This was a great experience and these guys given different options and all pros and cons of each vehicle and got some idea and left from there since they already closed for the day. After a week went to Suburban Dodge Farmington Hills MI (which is near to me) and met agent 'Bryan Galczynski'. This Guy is awesome and given very good useful information and decided and booked the Dodge journey 2015 with best price. Am very happy and tension free in few hrs. People are well knowledged, educated, helpful on auto vehicles and the support is awesome. More

A very pleasant experience My wife and I have purchased 3 cars from Suburban, one used and 2 new. We were in the market for another "new" car, we were thinking we would buy the My wife and I have purchased 3 cars from Suburban, one used and 2 new. We were in the market for another "new" car, we were thinking we would buy the outgoing model year to save some money this time around. We walked into Suburban on Saturday afternoon after a deal at another dealership fell through at a dealership that was closer to my work, thinking it would be more convenient. (We were wrong!). A very pleasant sales person (Scott Shawbitz) greeted us after we looked at some of the cars. We explained what we were looking for, he explained that he was expecting a client in a few minutes but sat us down to see what he could do for us. Suburban didn't have the 2015 Town and Country we were looking for but Scott found one at another dealership out of state. Scott checked and it was pending a sale. Not giving up Scott went to plan "B", he found a 2016 meeting all our requirements in stock at Suburban! We left Suburban an hour or so later with a newer model car, and a payment that was less than the dealer demo that dealership "A" was trying to sell us! We couldn't be happier with Scott and Gary Conley, the financial services manager. Both these gentlemen treated my wife and I with the same courtesy, respect, and professionalism that we have come to expect of the staff at Suburban. If you are in the market for a new car do yourself a favor and stop in Suburban. More

A few weeks ago, I was in an accident and my 200 was totaled. I had several questions regarding my totaled lease and called Bryan. He answered all of my questions and put my mind at ease. A couple days later I went into the dealership and met with Bryan. I needed to lease a new vehicle quickly as I did not have a car since the accident. He was able to again provide me with great service and place me in a vehicle that I absolutely love...a 2015 Jeep Cherokee. Bryan really made this whole process go smoothly and I could not be happier with my Jeep. I look forward to leasing more vehicles with Suburban and Bryan in the future. More
