He has Great costumer service skills. he heard what I was saying. Didn't try to sell me something I didn't want. Being a woman I have had men talk down to me as if I didn't know what I was asking for or wanted. Roger never made me feel that way. he heard me mention the vending machine was out of order and went out and bought me a pop. Went over the new features of the car. He is amazing!!!! Teddy knows his stuff. He didnt pressure me into optional packages I didnt want or need. He got me out quickl;y so I could get into my new vehicle. He was able to walk me through what paperwork he needed ahead of time and then when I arrived, we discussed all the ins and outs of the contract, optional coverage, and made what could be an overwhelming experience into an enjoyable one.
