I visited the n Jim Kramer, Sales Consultant for Suburban Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Farmington Hills, was the key to my purchase of a Jeep Cherokee. I visited the new showroom "just to browse" because I needed a new vehicle and I have always bought a Ford. I asked Jim to compare and contrast the new Cherokee with the comparable Ford vehicle I was driving. After driving the Cherokee and identifying every feature that was critical in my new search, I went home and studied my options. Jim called me every couple days to address any questions I had. He even arranged for me to keep the vehicle overnight, but I did not do that. When I finally made my decision to buy the Jeep, Jim went through the set-up of MY new vehicle with me. This included connecting phone, locking in the settings that were of my preference, going through all the key functions. I drive over 35,000 miles each year and purchasing the 2014 Jeep Cherokee was indeed a wise decision! I love this vehicle and I know if I need anything, I can go into the showroom, ask for Jim Kramer and he will continue to offer superb customer service! Thank you! Laura R More

He answered ALL of my questions and never made me feel rushed about making my final decision. He was even able to take over the rest of my lease, in order for me to walk out with a brand new Jeep Patriot. Ease and Confidence! Roger was the greatest sales consultant I could have asked for! As a young woman in her early 20s, going to a car dealership alone could be scary and Roger was the greatest sales consultant I could have asked for! As a young woman in her early 20s, going to a car dealership alone could be scary and intimidating. But Roger was so nice about everything--and in general all of the staff was just so friendly! Roger walked me through everything, and with my limited free time he went above and beyond to text me and email me with all of the details and step by step what he needed, so I could work around my crazy schedule and then I only needed to come in once to sign the papers! Very nice for someone who really only has free time on Saturdays. Roger was so laid back and treated all of my questions with a prompt and informative response, never condescending (which is really nice because I probably asked so many obvious questions!). He really understood what I wanted, got to know my background to help me reach the best options and decisions for me, and did everything he could-AND THEN SOME(!) to make sure I was feeling confident and was able to make my decision easily. I took about 50 of Roger's business cards, so I definitely recommend him and will be recommending him! Roger is the man! More

Why I bought Jeep this time around! I walked into Suburban Jeep on a fluke, just to see what Chrysler/Jeep had to offer. My lease was up on my Lincoln MKZ and I wanted to know if I trul I walked into Suburban Jeep on a fluke, just to see what Chrysler/Jeep had to offer. My lease was up on my Lincoln MKZ and I wanted to know if I truly wanted a Jeep this time around. Well, the rush was there when I first saw the 'Latitude'. I picked out Nick VanDike from 2 sales people that approached me. Nick let me take the vehicle for a drive, which I promptly took over to my brother's house and get his input. Everything hinged on price. I will say I was missing my sun roof, a CD changer and electric seats. I wish my Jeep had all these options, but I am totally enjoying driving the Cherokee and figure I will get used to the subtle differences during the course of the Lease. Nick was very easy to work with and what he may not have had an answer on...he found out. My first return visit was the very next day and Nick was there to calm my concerns and out of the dealership I went. I have had 2 Jeeps in my past, as well as a 300M the first year they came out. All my vehicles were top notch and I expect the same quality in my Cherokee. I would say Nick had a lot to do with my dealing with Suburban. So, here I am for the next 3 years, driving an all white Cherokee Latitude, with black accent color. I love it. Geri More
