Roger Bacon, Sales & Teddy Salazar, Finance - GREAT Combo! Roger found us the right car for the best price, at the last minute when our lease was expiring. We showed up in a VERY busy environment. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and his genuine enthusiasm for good customer service is obvious. Never once did we feel we were being juggled or pacified - Roger was great at multitasking customers and keeping us in the loop once the paperwork went to Finance. No one ever comments on the finance guy but seriously once in Finance, Teddy seemed to have gone out of his way to help us find the best financing deal. He contacted multiple lenders until he found one that was the most reasonable... If you ever wonder what is taking so long to be called in to sign your paperwork - DON'T RUSH THE FINANCE GUY - they are waiting to get you the best offer possible! Overall this was honestly the best car buying experience I have ever had. Thanks guys! More
