I had a very good experience at Suburban Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge/Ram. This is the first time I got excellent customer care and thanks to The sales personnel Brandon Falk. He has been amazing thru out my stay at the dealership. I have never experienced this type of "A class" treatment from any of the dealerships in my 14 years in USA. I appreciate the involvement, committment to customer service of both these gentleman. The salesman, Bryan was very knowledgeable on the model of the car I was purchasing and made me feel very comfortable with the buying process. In an era when customer service sometimes seems to be a thing of the past, my experience with Jake and Suburban Chrysler was a breath of fresh air. As soon as I pulled into the parking lot and stepped up to a vehicle to peek inside, Jake came out to greet me and answer any questions that I had. His professional, friendly approach sold me on the Jeep Liberty, even though I had a car at a competitor manufacturers dealership already being held for me. From beginning to end, Jake worked with me to get the vehicle ready to fit into my busy schedule.
