We had a great experience with Robert Bell at Suburban Chrysler Doge Jeep Ram of Farmington Hills. I stopped in just to see if they had a Pacifica that might work for us and to my surprise, they had seve Chrysler Doge Jeep Ram of Farmington Hills. I stopped in just to see if they had a Pacifica that might work for us and to my surprise, they had several. I found a beautiful vehicle and decided that evening that we would complete the deal on the next day. After the sale, the vehicle had 2 minor defects from the previous owner and Robert had those items fixed like new. I would highly recommend seeking Robert out for your next vehicle! Very disappointed about service.Asked to fix a hood Very disappointed about service. Asked to fix a hood (corrosion covered by a warranty) on my Chrysler. Due to some queue in a bodyshop Suburban mana Very disappointed about service. Asked to fix a hood (corrosion covered by a warranty) on my Chrysler. Due to some queue in a bodyshop Suburban manager told me that he will call me back in 2 month, nobody called me back. Visited Suburban service one more time, had a discussion with Patty. Long story short, she officially advised me to get my hood fixed somewhere else. I don't think that this is an official way Suburban doing their business, but after couple visits, I can't recommend their service. More
