Bought a Jeep on August 6th, 2025 from out of state. As of November 25, 2025 I still haven't received my title or needed paperwork to register my Jeep. I've been unable to drive/use my Jeep since October 5th, 2025 due to the temp plate expiring...I asked numerous times about getting another plate and those requests have been ignored. Communication and answers are few and far between even though I'm emailing numerous people in an attempt to get this resolved. No offers of resolution or compensation...unbelievable experience for such a large dealer and network. More

Service was excellent until I received a survey. They attempted to bribe me with a full tank of gas for all 10s on the survey. Even though I attempted to let the sales rep and his manager know that I appreciated their service (as indicated by 9s and 10s in the survey), I was informed by them that I would not receive the truck bed cover they promised before the survey, due to the survey scores I provided.
