I had asked Jay Mason to rerun the sales numbers for a lease because he had made a mistake when running the numbers for a sale (outright purchase) the day before. He flat out refused. When I called for lease because he had made a mistake when running the numbers for a sale (outright purchase) the day before. He flat out refused. When I called for a sales manager they backed him up and did not rerun the numbers until I pressed them. They came up with the same price but I had $2000 less to bring in. They passed me off to another sales person by the name of Scott Shawbitz when I came in to finish the transaction. Scott was short with me and I didn't fight him as I just wanted out of there. He helped sync my phone but ran off and didn't go through how to operate and understand the new dashboard and all the features. They sold a truck but lost a customer. Never would use them again. More
