Opportunity to sell 2 new Jeeps: incompetent Contacted them second week of May to order two new Jeeps. The Chat "Specialist" Shelly Diaz is a know-nothing, who does not get beyond "Hi!", "I would Contacted them second week of May to order two new Jeeps. The Chat "Specialist" Shelly Diaz is a know-nothing, who does not get beyond "Hi!", "I would love to help you!". Ignorant keyboard jockey. So insisted to be attended by a real sales professional. I had already sent full specifications of both vehicles I was interested in. Those were lost twice. The real salesperson, Jeff Truesdell, wanted me to send over the full specs for the third time. I told him who of his colleagues I had sent those to. He told me that he would get back with me to prepare an offer on May 14 and 15. Never called back. I complained ten days later and a new sales consultant, Bryan Galczynski, became involved. He has got the job done. If business volumes are down and you are looking for ways to make your team better and cheaper I suggest you get rid of dead weights Shelly Diaz and Jeff Truesdell. I expect your customer service level will go up that way. More
