"Building trusting and confident relationships." Not so much I purchased a used 30 thousand dollar dodge Challenger on May 18th. On May 25th I received an ABS and electronic stability control light advising it n I purchased a used 30 thousand dollar dodge Challenger on May 18th. On May 25th I received an ABS and electronic stability control light advising it needed to be serviced. Upon contacting the dealer, I spoke with used car manager Doug Mueller. I was asking Doug if we could reach a good solution or even a compromise having had the vehicle for a week. Doug advised he lost a thousand dollars on the vehicle and was unwilling to accommodate me. I explained to Doug that a warranty was going to be purchased through MSUFCU when I refinanced through MSUFCU within the month ( I was unable to do so a time of purchase because the bank was closed Saturday afternoon and financed through a different bank so I could leave with the vehicle that day). I tried to explain to Doug that I was encouraged by the finance department at suburban to contact them about a warranty once financed through MSUFCU. Doug did not want to help advising I took a risk purchasing a used vehicle from them. I requested to speak to Doug’s supervisor hoping he would be willing to listen because I had purchased a 30 thousand vehicle just 7 days prior. Doug stated he would have his supervisor, John Timington call me. Several days have gone by and I have not even received so much as a courtesy call back. I brought my vehicle to a local mechanic who advised me the problem was a $30 sensor and could be fixed easily. Bottom line, Suburban Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Farmington hills was unwilling to help me over a $30 part after having the vehicle for less than a week. The back of their business card says “Building trusting and confident relationships since 1948”. This couldn’t be further from the truth. Bottom line, it is not about the cost, it Is about the principle. I had a truly awful experience with Suburban and would strongly encourage you to do business elsewhere. More
My new Compass While we were dreading going car shopping because, typically, salespeople are aggressive and "in your face" we were pleasantly surprised and had a gre While we were dreading going car shopping because, typically, salespeople are aggressive and "in your face" we were pleasantly surprised and had a great experience at Surburban of Farmington. Our sales guy (Cassel) was not pushy at all and let us wander, test drive several vehicles and gave us space to discuss our options. Cassel was in used cars however and, we also wanted to check out a new Compass. He introduced us to Rob Love and the 2 of them worked together and I left with a new car. I am sooo happy. I love my vehicle and would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used car! Thanks Cassel and Rob!!! More

Horrible Rip Off/ Went to Brighton Jeep saved $2200. This location tried to tell me I needed $2700 worth of work. Only cost me $475.00 in Brighton, Mi Instead. False information given to me. Zero Customer Service "Too bad for you. Nothing I will do." Horrible customer service. Rude, disrespectful, ignorant and inappropriate is how I would describe my visit tod "Too bad for you. Nothing I will do." Horrible customer service. Rude, disrespectful, ignorant and inappropriate is how I would describe my visit today for a service visit to get my tire fixed.. I was never told about not having a spare tire, so when I got a flat tire today I was shock to find I was stranded. State farm sent out someone to help. They used one of those pumps with the fix a flat in it. It destroyed my tire. When I finally pulled into your service bay I was informed I would have to order a tire and there was nothing they could do to help. I was so upset already I went to speak with a manager. That is when John Timmington began my horrible experience. I was told there is nothing more I can do for you and mostly blown off. When I asked more questions I was ment with disgust that I would even ask him more questions. I refuse to do anymore business with suburban Jeep. I lease one car and bought another. I have 5 children all almost to driving age. I would if been a loyal customer for life. One revolting man ruined my business for you company. More
Lack integrity Spent several days working with Myles only to find out that the vehicle I was interested in allegedly sold 3 days ago.
