Poor attitude, poor service Service writeup individual let me know that they are doing me a favor by servicing my vehicle. Picked up the vehicle for the work that was completed Service writeup individual let me know that they are doing me a favor by servicing my vehicle. Picked up the vehicle for the work that was completed and was told all went well. Start the vehicle after paying to find out there is a dashboard light on related to the job just completed. Was told we can check it back in but the diagnostic fee would apply. Nice job guys way to keep the rating up... Keep this up and you'll easily steer most of your customers to other service centers or dealerships the can retain an acceptable level of customer service. Word of mouth is a wonderful thing and can work both ways. More
