Everyone at the dealership was friendly and professional. I purchased the vehicle out of state and to my surprise everything went very smoothly. I would definitely do business with them again. Buying my first car with Rick was a great experience! He worked hard to set up all the details around my busy work schedule. He even stayed very late and had my new Jeep decorated with Maize and Blue balloons. I really appreciated Rick's attention to detail and how up front he was about all the details. He is extremely honest, courteous, and a genuinely nice person. It was a pleasure working with Rick - I felt like I was treated like family. I would recommend Rick to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. More

I communicated with Christine via email prior to visiting Suburban CJDR. She was relatively thorough in providing information regarding the vehicle I was inquiring about. My only issue was there were times I would have preferred a more rapid response to some of my questions. It was also difficult to communicate with her via phone. Finally, not that big a deal but it would have been nice to have had a chance to say hello in person to whom I had a good portion of my dealings with online. Regarding Rex Rousseau - The overall experience was fantastic. I cannot speak highly enough of Rex. First and foremost he was very pleasant to deal with. He took the time to explain in detail any questions I had regarding the car and was astute enough to skip through the parts I was already familiar with. Rex clearly laid out Suburban's policy on price negotiation and in spite of this when I tried to negotiate he politely dealt with it. I am the type of person to think 10x before making a $500 purchase and I must say, Rex made me incredibly relaxed in making a nearly $20 000 purchase. I think that says something. Once we had agreed on the purchase Rex explained what I needed to do and was very quick and efficient in communicating with my financial institution. On the day I arrived to pick up the car everything was all set and Rex made every effort to ensure I wouldn't have to make any unnecessary repeat trips (as I live in Saginaw). Rex Rousseau was integral to the highly rewarding experience I had at Suburban. I will likely refer friends in search of a vehicle to him. Having had the car for nearly a month I couldn't be happier with my purchase. More
I was willing to drive from St. Louis to buy a 2010 Challenger after dealing with John Matoin over the phone and internet. I wasn't disappointed and am happy with my car. Challenger after dealing with John Matoin over the phone and internet. I wasn't disappointed and am happy with my car. More
When it comes to purchasing an automobile, my expectations are substantial and rather demanding. After several days of negotiating back and forth, this dealership demonstrated that it has a genuine desire to satisfy it's customers (within reason)....and I must specifically commend Elliot Usewick for his patience and perseverance. I consumed more of his time than he probably would have liked but he hung in there and we were finally able to strike a deal. I've been to dozens of dealerships over the years and this has to be one of the nicest. Very professional, beautiful showroom, and very customer service oriented. More
I came in looking for a Grand Cherokee Limited. Bill located the vehicle and we set up a time to pick it up. When the time came to pick it up, the vehicle was not there. It was still at the other deal located the vehicle and we set up a time to pick it up. When the time came to pick it up, the vehicle was not there. It was still at the other dealer. There was something wrong with it. Bill went out of his way to find a different truck, one a step up from what I had ordered and made sure I was properly compensated for the mix up. He and his sales manager went above and beyond to help me. Thanks! More

One dealership closed after not to long after my purchasing a brand new lemon and the service was horrible. And in another instance a dealership in Sterling Heights Michigan had some dishonest employees who provided service on my vehicle and we paid for the service to the cashier, gave us a receipt and my car back. Well they didn't add it to the service receipt and pocketed the $150.00 we paid, They could not account for the loss so the claimed a week later we never paid and sued us for an oil change, which occurred just after my purchase of two vehicles from them, and came up with a post facto bill so far out of numerical sequence they claimed was issued with the one we received, so now they lost this recent sale of the two (2) brand new vehicles I purchased from Suburban Chrysler in Troy, Michigan. I swore I would never buy another Chrysler product again and certainly not from this questionable dealership in Sterling Heights, after my experience with this Sterling Heights Dealer. We were obviously not pleased and they even refused to provide me with the owner or corporate contact number so that we could complain to those in charge. I would bet if they knew they lost the sale of over $80,000 dollars in cash purchases, with all the lifetime service and warrantees add-ons they would have done the right thing and fired those responsible. I mean really, we bought two vehicles, a Dodge and a Jeep valued at around $40,000 and planned to buy two new vehicles, and they chose to humiliate us over a paid for oil change. A prime example of badly focused priorities in customer service. It was not a matter of wanting something free we paid for the service. They are the ones who could not account for the missing funds. That’s an internal problem. Not to mention that we have blogged, put it on Facebook, newsletters and spread the word in all our employment and social circles, that the dealer in Sterling Heights on Van xxxx cannot be trusted. The lawsuit dwarfs the ultimate cost to them and can guarantee will continue to cost them. However, that said, we really do love Chrysler products, which is what brought us back. So we had to decide who might we trust to treat us like we should be treated. We chose Suburban Chrysler of Troy and so far are very glad we did. Salesman Mike Paparelli treated us exceptionally well. Mike Paparelli stood out as a very honest and straight forward salesman who did not sell us a vehicle or add-ons, we bought what was offered for sale as something we wanted and there is a difference. He took the time to explain the product, assist in finding what we really wanted, went out of his way to research exact matches and everything was completed on time. So far we love our new cars, and we were assured that their service when and if it is needed would not be out done by anyone. Of course proof will be in the pudding so-to-speak. This is not a challenge; it is a hope, a hope that we are finally overwhelmingly satisfied with customer service on a purchase that is almost the cost of some homes or at least 25% the cost of the high-end average in Michigan. We do not want the world, we simply want the service my vehicles require to keep them in top notch condition and fix what may be required by warrantees or recalls. That’s it! We expect nothing free; nothing extra; just a minimum standard of good old fashion service in a complete and timely manner. After doing a little research, I discovered Chrysler has made changes to those areas that they identified they fell short, so we are keeping our fingers crossed that we will continue to be satisfied with our purchase of the products, and services when and if it is needed. If we are, we will certainly broadcast the experience. Moreover, if we are not, well let us just say that will be the last straw for our Chrysler relationship and also be assured sufficiently voiced in an open forum. Customer service in America had been on a drastic decline in all sectors for years now, with cuts made in the areas that count. I am eager to see that Chrysler will take the lead in this area, and hopefully others will heed the warning. Chrysler is back and out to prove this to their valued customers what the automotive business is all about. Suburban Chrysler, Dodge, and Jeep of Troy is on the right track in my opinion. More
