The dealership has an excessive wait time. It took a long time to test drive the vehicle and get a trade in amount on my vehicle (2 hours), and then upon my return to purchase the vehicle, I had to wait long time to test drive the vehicle and get a trade in amount on my vehicle (2 hours), and then upon my return to purchase the vehicle, I had to wait one hour past my scheduled "closing" time before I seat down to sign papers. There did not appear to be a sense of urgency or respect for people's time at this dealership unfortunately. More

As most of us know car buying is not always the most pleasurable experience, but Suburban Jeep and Joe Bellomo changed that. I came in a few days before Christmas with my mom who was just looking around pleasurable experience, but Suburban Jeep and Joe Bellomo changed that.
