The worst most unprofessional customer service I have ever experienced. The sales rep was very uninformative on the price and interest so I didn’t want the car. The manager only concern is sales not cus ever experienced. The sales rep was very uninformative on the price and interest so I didn’t want the car. The manager only concern is sales not customer satisfaction. Asked me What’s wrong why don’t I want it. Why I even wasted their time as if he wasn’t doing his job. Even tried to stress that it took him 4 hours to get the deadl for me NOT MY PROBLEM. Thats Something u should never tell a customer. How am I at fault for not wanting the car. Not only was MY time wasted I dropped 3 points due too the credit check. Just too not even get a car. I inquired about a $8000 car NOT a $12,000 car. If that’s what I wanted that’s what i would’ve asked for. If that’s not what the dealership had that’s what I should been told in the beginning. Not lied too just too get there to have something else forced on me. I’ll take my money somewhere else. This manager got very unruly aggressive and disrespectful.. More
