My husband made an appointment a month ago. Dropped his truck off on Tuesday morning. We picked it up on Friday evening- NOTHING HAD BEEN DONE. 2 recalls and it sat parked 3 days! They agree on a price then change it on you purchase agreement. Will not tell you what your final price on the vehicle is. Even asked to see it 3 times. They go to great lengths to make sure that you are comfortable with the process and that all of your questions are answered. with when buying a car. They loose a star because they have a serious problem with their service department. When I go in for normal maintenance: that part of the dealership Is the opposite of the sales group.
