Nick went over and above the norm to help me out of a predicament. I had nail in my rear tire and all the tire shops told me they couldn't help for at least two days. Drove 258 miles because salesman said car was perfect, when I there the car was less than nice, pant was peeling from both quarters in front of the rear wheels and was told not a big deal. Dent on hatch and the rear bumper looked like a fog chewed on it. Very unhappy with salesman and was basically told your loss. 10 hours out of my day and gas/tolls lost, terrible customer service!! 2 days after purchasing my car started making grinding noise on front brakes . Took my salesman a week to call or return and of my calls or emails. I was told they were going to charge me almost $200 to j noise on front brakes . Took my salesman a week to call or return and of my calls or emails. I was told they were going to charge me almost $200 to just look at the car I just drove off their parking lot!!!! Charged me to resurface my rotors. Car is still making the noise. I have taken it to two other mechanics for a 2nd opinion. Both stated I need new wheelbairings. I have already been in contact with my lawyer and the BBB. More
