Sold me a car that overheated at some point before I drove. Blew a head gasket less than year having it and let me take it home with a bad wheel barring that was messed up before they sold the car to me drove. The sales associate did not know what models had current incentives / promotions. I was trying to search for a particular engine / features, but she wasn't able to do that. Had to keep clicking on vehicle incentives / promotions. I was trying to search for a particular engine / features, but she wasn't able to do that. Had to keep clicking on vehicles and opening them up etc. to see what they had. It took a long time and the price was higher than I wanted to pay. It felt like a complete waste of time. I don't want to call out the employee because this seems to be a training / systems issue here, not necessarily her effort. I left this dealer and kept looking online. Worst delivery experiences at a Ford Dealer I have ever had . Four hours to pick up a A plan special order F150. They did not honor the appointment time I made several days earlier. Dirty vehicle only ran thru the car wash and turned the wipers on to clean the windshield. Also , someone drove it 37 miles before I picked it up . Was never given a copy of the application for State of Mich Title and plate transfer to prove I purchased it there . Sales Manager and F&I persons very rude . Will never go back just a cluster for 4 hours . More
