I brought my treasured 2017 F-250 King Ranch Super Duty in for service to be under the leadership of Michael Stoijadinov the service manager I have known Michael for over 10 years and know he recently tra in for service to be under the leadership of Michael Stoijadinov the service manager I have known Michael for over 10 years and know he recently transferred to Waterford. I had a sensitive repair that needed to be handled correctly and I knew I could trust Michael so I drove considerably further to have the Truck serviced with him. Once again he exceeded my expectations. I dropped the Truck off Sunday night and by 1:00 the next Monday it was all repaired at what I considered a fair price. I lived in Waterford for several years and I come from a Ford Family. I have had 3 contacts with Suburban Ford in Waterford over the years and each contact has been terrible. My first contact was to purchas Ford Family. I have had 3 contacts with Suburban Ford in Waterford over the years and each contact has been terrible. My first contact was to purchase a vehicle and they would not honor what was listed online so I went to a different dealership. My second contact several years later yet only in 2019 was again to purchase a vehicle. They ordered the vehicle yet it was lacking $10,000 in options. The salesman did not have me sign anything before he ordered the vehicle yet kept telling me I would love the car! He did not listen to what I asked him to order. So again, I went to another dealership and ordered exactly what I wanted and the car is beautiful. Now, I dinged up the front end on this beautiful car and Suburban Ford was the closest dealership that I thought might be ok to do the bodywork. Well, it has been a week and I still do not have an estimate for the repairs. 3 times now I have been promised an estimate yet nothing. No call, nothing. I call them and I get more empty promises. I do not understand why they make promises and then not do anything. Why can't they be honest and say it will take weeks to get an estimate? Or call me and let me know they need another day or so. This makes me wonder what kind of quality work will they do on the repairs since they cannot even provide an estimate. More
