Tom Tatu was pleasant and excellent while leasing my third Ford Fusion and turning in my end of lease Ford. He suggested the Hybrid Fusion, which saved money on both my lease payments and gasoline. Rachel Andres was fabulous to work with for my 1st time ever Ford lease. Her immediate communication with me whenever I had a call-in question, and I had many, was spot on. She worked so hard for me and always with a sweet greeting of "No problem" and immediate answers. John Duley, the new car manager, could not have been nicer. He walked over to me on his own accord and introduced himself to me and yet when I called a week later, his words were, "I remember you!". He was so personable and helpful too. The dealership was packed with people, everyone smiling and saying, "Hello" through their COVID masks. I did not have a referral for this dealership and I was just dropping in for a quick look and ended up with my brand new Ford Explorer. NO pressure, just service. Thank you Suburban of Waterford Michigan. I will be back next time and Rachel will be my salesperson again! More

Customer service is terrible!!!!! I'm working with you to give you money, not take your money. Walked in the dealership with cash and financing in-had ready to make a purchase that day. Went an entire mont give you money, not take your money. Walked in the dealership with cash and financing in-had ready to make a purchase that day. Went an entire month from the initial promise of making a deal happen with no follow up at all - was completely blown off - on two different occasions/deals. Told the sales team I was in dire need for a vehicle so I even followed up in person and talked to the sales manager - told him I haven't heard anything from the salesperson I was working with after they said they found me a vehicle and "if anyone can make it happen, it's Suburban, we have connections". He said he would follow up - nothing. Suburban could have made $150k in easy sales from me, but decided I wasn't worth it. Can't believe I stepped foot in there after the first time I was blown off. My mistake, I guess. More
