Honestly I can say at the beginning every was great but after I payed 13,500 dollars down payment and signed my name everything changed car started giving me a few problems two weeks from buying it contact after I payed 13,500 dollars down payment and signed my name everything changed car started giving me a few problems two weeks from buying it contacted my sales men and at first it sound like he would help Me but that wasn’t the case at all took the car one day and the internet was out so I had to come back another day came back the next day stayed there for about 3 hours just to pull off hearing the same noises that I took the car in for it’s sad man but honestly all I can say you live and learn never buy a gm from a Ford lot if anything is wrong with the car they do not wanna help you what so ever no Loaner car or anything nothing it’s sad happy to take your money but not help you under 30 days . James was a great guy to work with clean dealership and tons of products to choose from if you don't find the right one the first time. When it got to signing paper work. I felt as though the finance d tons of products to choose from if you don't find the right one the first time. When it got to signing paper work. I felt as though the finance department was pushing very hard for GAP and the other services you can elect to sign up for. I was adamant i did not want any. It seemed as though he was visibly upset and annoyed I wouldn't take any of the packages and kept trying to move things around to "sweeten the deal" Other then that. I leased my first car with the help of Steve, and he was incredible, attentive, and exceeded my expectations. As soon as I walked in the door he was kind, courteous, and listened to everything I wanted in a incredible, attentive, and exceeded my expectations. As soon as I walked in the door he was kind, courteous, and listened to everything I wanted in a vehicle. He helped me find exactly what I was looking for, and I left the dealership last week with a 2020 Ford Escape that I absolutely love. He even sat with me after all my paperwork was done, and showed me how to use the features of my new SUV before I drove off the lot, that I would of had to spend time looking up how to use otherwise.. John, the sales manager, was also absolutely wonderful, and worked with me to get me more for my trade in. When my lease is up in two years I'll definitely be coming back to Steve and John. 6 out of 5 stars, and I'll be highly recommending Steve to anyone I know that is looking for a vehicle. More
