This is shocking to me but I just receive some outstanding service from Suburban Ford of Waterford. This place must be under new management. I really want to thank my service advisor Alan Sereno for the best experience I have ever had at Suburban Ford of Waterford. As soon as I drove up for service I was greeted by a young man with such a good attitude. It appears Suburban Ford of Waterford has hired some new young people that are anxious to take care of their customers. Great customer service makes me want to come back! Very poor customer service. Service area does not answer their phone and did not call me at all on the day I dropped off my vehicle for new brakes I had to wait over a week to Service area does not answer their phone and did not call me at all on the day I dropped off my vehicle for new brakes I had to wait over a week to get an appointment then it took 2 days for new brakes and rotors. Nothing was done the first day, why bother making an appointment if car is just going to sit there and no one communicates with you, if only they would have called since the phones don’t get answered. Spoke to mgr when picking up car, he apologized but offered no renumeration More

Changed tires back in November. Wrecked 10 wheel nut caps. Had to buy 6...even though they should have paid for them. Took me 2 trips to the dealership for them to get them on right Wrecked 10 wheel nut caps. Had to buy 6...even though they should have paid for them. Took me 2 trips to the dealership for them to get them on right and 6 hours. There were 4 new ones in the spare tire kit and they didn't know about those. Their answering service is atrocious. Their not good at telling you what's going on! I'm reporting them to the better business bureau also for incompetence! More
