I had purchased the 3-pack oil service previously from Suburban Ford and this was the use of my second oil change service. To Whom it may concern: I wanted to mention to your staff at Suburban Ford that they went above and beyond their normal routine, and to Let them get some recognition for what they did to a very unu staff at Suburban Ford that they went above and beyond their normal routine, and to Let them get some recognition for what they did to a very unusual event that happened yesterday. Let me tell you in a short story. I was driving my youngest to summer school in the AM, and we felt that we hit a bird in the road, as we saw feathers flying. After a half day of school, I went to pick up my youngest, and in the parking lot, a few people noticed something still in the grill of the Ford Explorer. We looked, and noticed a baby Morning Dove still alive and was trying to get out but to no avail. I thought of just trying to see if Suburban can do anything to help. After driving in the service area, the employees (Pictured attached) came to see and couldn't believe their eyes. They asked a few people and we had about a dozen people looking at the situation. One of the mechanics named Ron, came over and tried for about 5 minutes, and was able to free the dove from the lower grill, and it took off flying despite it being hurt, and my family was so relieved. I know this had a moment in there busy day, and Iam so glad it broke up their routine of servicing the cars and trucks. If you can just acknowledge to them the wonderful staff you have, especially Ron for going above and beyond his job. Service did not have warranty airbag part, and refused to order it. Technician told me to keep calling them back to see if they have the in the future. Made an appointment with Parker over the phone. Service light came on and car dud not drive good. During the few days the car was in service Parker contacted me and provided the details. Because the car was a limited edition Mustang Shelby he made sure parking cones were put around the car nightly. When the car was finished he offered to drive it to my house.
