He and his team saved the day. He not only took the time to listen but also took the time to make sure I was taken care of in the most impressive fashion. He used his decades of work experience, his knowledge of his team and his dedication to Suburban Ford Waterford to turn things around within 3 hours. My experience went from one of the worst experiences ever to the best ever. Not a small feat considering I've spent decades in a variety of national and international automotive positions, corporate and dealer. Took my van in for an oil change and gave them four days to complete, went to pick it up on Friday and nothing had been done. Like most Motorhome owners, I know trying to find a Ford Dealer that could handle getting a Motorhome in their service bays is tough, Suburban Ford did it. My first time dealing with Suburban Ford and Curti Dealer that could handle getting a Motorhome in their service bays is tough, Suburban Ford did it. My first time dealing with Suburban Ford and Curtis, what a refreshing experience. Curtis understood the frustration I was going through trying to get my new 2021 Winnebago repaired. Curtis took the keys and I left it in his hands. (smart move at my end) A few hours later Curtis called and explained the problems, the corrections and whats needed to be done. The next day I picked up my Motorhome and it was perfect. I want to thank Curtis for his personal touch and would highly recommend him to anyone. More

This is in regards to service regarding a recall. When I called to schedule service for a recall I was told that they could schedule for over a month. I could live with that, but then I was told that When I called to schedule service for a recall I was told that they could schedule for over a month. I could live with that, but then I was told that they may have the vehicle for up to 3 days even though the recall only takes about 3 hours! So, I am supposed to go without a vehicle for possibly 3 days! After speaking to the Service manager she simply said that is just the way the handle recalls at the Waterford Suburban Ford dealership and that we could try another dealership! We have purchased all of our vehicles for the past 33 years from this dealership and loved working with our salesperson. Maybe it’s time we purchase from another dealership! So disappointed. More

This is my second time dealing with the service department at Suburban Ford with my Brand new car and my first time dealing with Cory Todd. He was super friendly and efficient!!
