Suburban Subaru of Troy - Service department is filled with crooks and scammers We own a 2020 Subaru Outback - purchased new. It has 45000 miles. I take this in to the dealership for the radio not w with crooks and scammers We own a 2020 Subaru Outback - purchased new. It has 45000 miles. I take this in to the dealership for the radio not working. They recommend replacing my timing belt, sprockets for 12,000$. They have been trying to sell me timing belt replacements for the last 2 years. The standard Subaru maintenance guide recommendation is 105000 miles. They state that the sprocket replacement is because the last time we changed the oil with them was a year ago. But we replaced the oil outside the dealership. More

Had a great experience at Suburban Subaru of Troy. My salesperson Josh Breen was fantastic from start to finish. I had a complicated trade-in and he was upfront, patient, and made sure everything went My salesperson Josh Breen was fantastic from start to finish. I had a complicated trade-in and he was upfront, patient, and made sure everything went smoothly. He stayed in communication the entire time and was always quick to respond. No games, no pressure, just a straightforward car buying experience. The whole team was easy to work with and I was in and out on pickup day. Drove home in my 2026 Crosstrek Hybrid Limited and couldn't be happier. Highly recommend Suburban and definitely ask for Josh if you go. More

I found the people at the Dealership to be very friendly and helpful, and my salesman, Nuo Gojcaj, went out of his way to answer my questions about the cars that I was interested in. I had talked to Nuo abo and helpful, and my salesman, Nuo Gojcaj, went out of his way to answer my questions about the cars that I was interested in. I had talked to Nuo about a used Forester with low miles and in good condition with certain features package that I was looking for and a certain color, after driving one that he had reserved for me and then a new Outback, I bought the Outback.
