Suburban Subaru of Troy - Service department is filled with crooks and scammers We own a 2020 Subaru Outback - purchased new. It has 45000 miles. I take this in to the dealership for the radio not w with crooks and scammers We own a 2020 Subaru Outback - purchased new. It has 45000 miles. I take this in to the dealership for the radio not working. They recommend replacing my timing belt, sprockets for 12,000$. They have been trying to sell me timing belt replacements for the last 2 years. The standard Subaru maintenance guide recommendation is 105000 miles. They state that the sprocket replacement is because the last time we changed the oil with them was a year ago. But we replaced the oil outside the dealership. More
