Abdul is fantastic! I wasn’t expecting to buy a new car but my 2008 Prius, finally gave up on me. Which I had no choice to get something safer. My first new Toyota Purchase!! Pulling into the lot at Suburban Toyota my first impression was WOW! This place looks amazing. I was immediately approached by my sales rep Rob who greeted and welcomed me. Suburban Toyota my first impression was WOW! This place looks amazing. I was immediately approached by my sales rep Rob who greeted and welcomed me. As my new Tacoma was being prepped we went over all the paper work which was already prepared and signed a few documents. The finance Manager Mike Beidoun was extremely knowledgeable in the products offered for my protection. Every staff member was polite and friendly. I am very happy with the overall transaction and enjoying day 2 with my brand new truck. I would definitely Highly recommend Suburban Toyota of Farmington Hills. More

Dropped off my 2020 Corolla for first service. They said it takes an hour didn’t hear from them for over two hours, and they close in an hour. Called thrice and no response from service dept. never coming b it takes an hour didn’t hear from them for over two hours, and they close in an hour. Called thrice and no response from service dept. never coming back once I get my car back. Update : received my car after repeated calls. Gave them a very clean car expecting it to be clean, but they made it all smudgy and sprayed some white stuff on the dash didn’t clean it left the sticker half peeled leaving residue on the windshield. Mud on the driver side door. Terrible service! More

2017 Camry SE sold itself but Robert and the Suburban team have an excellent sales process and executed it flawlessly. Had couple of minor things that Robert promised to attend to prior to pickup and he team have an excellent sales process and executed it flawlessly.
